Dave and McKenzies story.... We first met Jeff at an open house in Coquitlam and it was then that we felt that we met the right Realtor for us. Jeff was personable, knowledgeable about the property, attentive and patient with all of the questions that we had, not only with the property we were viewing but also with questions about the Real Estate market. In basic terms he was the kind of person that we wanted to help us sell our condo and find our new home. Jeff thoroughly explained the process of selling our condo and he advised us of all the avenues that were available to advertise and market our property including the creation of our very own website. He even gave us some very helpful tips on how to stage our home to maximize our selling price. On the first day of showings we had multiple offers and sold our condo immediately at the price we wanted. Jeff was able to present and explain all the relevant information necessary to advise us on one of the biggest decisions of our lives. In the end, Jeff worked his finesse and completely reconfirmed our assertion that he was the Realtor for us. Jeff closed the deal and our offer was accepted and we’re now proud home owners.
